Wednesday Matinees—Trailside Nature & Science Center:
Wednesday Afternoons at 1:30PM Trailside’s summer matinee entertainment series will feature a variety of kid-friendly, nature, science and earth-friendly entertainment. Live animals, magicians, music and more may take the stage in Trailside’s auditorium during July and August. For families with children ages 4 & up.
Admission: $5.00 per person.
Tickets go on sale at 1:00PM on the day of the presentation.

Family Over Nights—Trailside Nature & Science Center:
Fri. July 6 to July 7, 2012- Introduce your family to camping out. Find out where to camp and what to bring for your future camping trips. Learn how to build, cook on & put out a Campfire. Participants must provide their own tent, sleeping bags & Flashlights. For Adults (18 years & older) with children ages 6 and up. Space is limited to 25 people.
Pre-registration is required- No Pets – Held Rain or Shine.

The “Screen on the Green” debuted in the summer of 2011 and was a smashing success. Family friendly films and family dance parties were held on Thursdays in both July and August on the Village Green.
“Screen on the Green” features a HUGE 36′ x 24′ outdoor movie screen, cinema sound and the projection clarity of today’s best BluRay players. Come out and experience what can best be described as this generation’s version of a drive-in movie.
Also, be sure to join us for the FAMILY DANCE PARTIES hosted by Summit Soundz before each movie begins! Summit Soundz will rock the crowd and get everyone movin’ and groovin’ to the beat of fun, family friendly music.
Dance parties begin at 8:00 PM and movies begin at 8:30 PM or after dark.
