This past weekend, Dr. Norma Bowe and her Be The Change Volunteers came together to transform an old lot in Newark's Central Ward into a playground and garden for the neighborhood kids. Located on South 14th Street the lot will now be known as the Rica Jenkins Memorial Garden.
